MesoStreamer is powered by the vast AWS WeatherNet network, which includes more than 5,000 automated monitoring stations across the U.S. The Web-based product delivers real-time WeatherNet data allowing energy traders to monitor changing weather conditions by the second, including instantaneous mesoscale weather information and analysis.

MesoStreamer offers the most comprehensive views of up-to-the-second weather information, short-term forecasts and historical weather analysis tools, such as:

• Geographic and table views of live weather conditions streamed from AWS weather stations network and mapped to specific power trading grids
• An ensemble of forecast data including three high-resolution forecasts
• Deviation of actual temperatures from forecasted temps that can be tracked and analyzed
• Detailed local historical weather data trends
