is pleased to announce that Mr. Andy Jedynak has joined AWS, Inc. as Director, Product and
Business Development. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the evolution of current and future AWS products as well
as new business strategies.

Prior to joining AWS, Andy worked for nine years at NBC’s San Diego television station. In his most recent position,
Manager of New Media, he played a key role in the development of the overall Internet strategy for NBC’s owned and operated
stations. Jedynak brings a diverse background to AWS, including sales, marketing, news, promotion, and new media.
AWS is a recognized leader of innovative television and online applications for both local weather and sports. Established
in January 1993, AWS, Inc. (formerly Automated Weather Source) pioneered the WeatherNet program that brings live, local weather
coverage to more than 100 major TV stations nationwide. In December of 1998 AWS launched the innovative InstaSports program to
bring local TV stations groundbreaking coverage of local high school sports. InstaSports has now been launched in 7 major markets
across the US, with several other markets slated to launch this fall.
